The objective of this initiative is to promote civic engagement and political empowerment through strategically educating and mobilizing community members/organizations, reinforcing ongoing community initiatives, and to build a coalition of like-minded community organizations and individuals to unite, strengthen and leverage its resources to create an engaged, informed and empowered citizenry that is respected and influential.
